We are closing out a limited quantity of woodcrafts including animals and cars. These beautiful woodcrafts were all handmade in the early 1990's. GPZ is selling the items at or below the costs. In today's market, the items with similar quality would cost much more. Although we try hard to satisfy our customer's need, some highly demanded items may be sold out before we update the related web pages. In this case, we will refund the money that you pay for the unfilled portion of the order. However, before we do that, we will send an email to offer you a similar item or items as a substitute. We will them ship the modified order upon your email acceptance of our offer or 72 hours after we send the email offer whichever comes first. As part of the purchase agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the foregoing conditions. Regardless of your method of payment, the refund will be sent in the form of GPZ's company check.

Certain items, such as the wooden cars, that contain small parts, could be dangerous to young children. Those items should not be used as toys for the young children. By submitting the order, you acknowledge that you have read the warning messages posted at GPZ's web site, and you agree that IN NO EVENT WILL GPZ BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES, OR OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE MERCHANDIZE.
